Latest Information on the New Zoning Regulations

The Planning and Zoning Commission approved a complete overhaul of the zoning regulations and a new zoning map on December 7, 2009, effective January 1, 2010. The latest amendment to the zoning regulations became effective August 15, 2010. The latest amendment to the zoning map became effective April 15, 2010.
