Public Art Identification Initiative Now Live in Hamden

Hamden is bursting with public art hidden away in the corners of our parks, boldly displayed on the walls of public buildings and even living on some people’s front lawns. Public Art is an important factor in creating expressive, connected communities and we want know what is out there! Is there a sculpture in your neighborhood that a neighbor created for all to enjoy? Do you know the history behind a mural that has been in the community "forever" but no one really knows about? Help us identify where these works of art are and the history behind them so we can catalog it all and share it with the world!
