HAS BEGUN
HAMDEN– Mayor Scott D. Jackson
would like to inform Hamden residents, drivers
and visitors that the construction of the parking
garage at Memorial Town Hall and Hamden
Police and Fire Headquarters has begun
and will most likely continue through
Friday, May 24th.
Periodic traffic delays are expected
at the intersection
of Whitney and Dixwell Avenues
during this time period.
We appreciate your patience
and understanding as we undertake this
improvement to the Town Center area.

Special Olympics of Connecticut
Hamden PDs annual Tip-A-Cop benefitting Special Olympics Connecticut
will be held on Thursday May 30, 4:30-9pm at Mickeys Restaurant
The SOCT Law Enforcement Torch Run will be held on Friday, June 7th starting
at 3:00pm at the Cheshire line / Whitney Ave to the Hamden PD and have a 10 minute break.
The run will start again at 4:10pm from the Hamden PD to SCSU Schwartz Hall.
Ride for the Flame, 25/50/100 mile bike ride Sunday June 23, Whelen Engineering, Chester, CT
