The following information is necessary to identify the requested report:
- Incident Case Number
- Parties Involved
- Location of Occurrence
- Date of Occurrence
**Note: Reports involving arrests are not available until case has been released
and final disposition has been received by the Hamden Police Department from the court.
Also, restrictions apply for the release of incident reports involving juveniles.

The following applications will be affected by fingerprint fee change 3/19/12
Vendors/Solicitors/Precious metals/Pawn/Hamden gun permit applications.
The change from $19.25 to $16.50
-Must be a Hamden Resident
-Valid Photo ID (driver's license, State ID, student ID, passport)
-Proof of Residency (any mail or bill with name and address in Hamden)
