The Hamden Police Department is saddened to announce that
Officer James Mills, a 23 Year Veteran of the Department,
has passed away suddenly on November 6, 2009.
Officer Mills was a long time Motorcycle Officer in the
Traffic Division. He leaves behind his wife Vicki and
sons Anthony and Christopher.

Officer Mills was laid to rest on November 10, 2009 at the Beaverdale Cemetery in New Haven.
