Stormwater Management Plan

The Town of Hamden Stormwater Management Plan, April 2005 is available for public review in the Engineering Department located on the 3^rd floor of the Government Center 2750 Dixwell Avenue.

In accordance with the Phase II MS4 Stormwater General Permit dated January 29, 2004, the Town of Hamden has complied with Part A by submitting the registration and fee on April 9, 2004 and Part B Permit Registration Form on to the Bureau of Water Management at the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection, 79 Elm Street, Hartford, CT.
