Application Forms, Fees and Procedures

 Listed below are the application forms most commonly used by the Planning and Zoning Department. The forms include fee schedules and instructions.


Please note that completed applications must be submitted by 3:00 pm on the 15th of the month to the Planning Office, 3rd Floor, Hamden Government Center, 2750 Dixwell Avenue, Hamden, CT 06518 in order to be put on the agenda for the meeting the following month (variances, inland wetland applications and minor amendments to site plans) or for the meeting two months later (most other applications).
