CONNECTICUT COMMUNITY INVESTMENT CORPORATION (CTCIC) MOVES TO NEW LOCATION IN HAMDEN, CT Hamden, CT CTCIC, Connecticut's leader in SBA 504 lending recently moved its headquarters from New Haven to Hamden. Ribbon cutting ceremonies sponsored by the Hamden Chamber of Commerce were followed by an Open House marking the move to new offices. CTCIC welcomed banking partners, commercial realtors, local business people, civic leaders, associates and friends to the event. Connecticut Community Investment Corporation (CTCIC) is a non-profit economic development lender. It provides Connecticut's small business owners with access to capital that may not be available elsewhere. In addition it provides financing opportunities for expanding businesses looking to purchase real estate and/or machinery and equipment. CTCIC's mission is to enhance commerce, industry and local entrepreneurship.
