TOWN CELEBRATES OPENING OF THE WEST END MARKET On October 5, 2004 the Town celebrated the grand opening of the West End Market at 1535 Dixwell Ave. The site is the former location to Brandis Market. Mayor Carl J. Amento and Town officials celebrated the opening with the owners. The West End Market offers a wide variety of prepared foods, deli items, appetizers and salads.
