Mission and Vision Statement
The role of the Department of Arts, Culture & Special Projects is to support the Town of Hamden’s mission in making Hamden a livable, likable place to live, work and do business through the Arts & Culture. The vision of the Department of Arts, Culture & Special Projects is to promote and support Hamden’s artists and arts organizations, encourage civic engagement, cultivate economic opportunities and celebrate our rich diversity and heritage through the Arts & Culture.
