Mission Statement

The Town Center Park Commission was established to maintain and protect the area known as Town Center Park, formerly known as Meadowbrook. Eighty % of this space must be preserved by the Commission as a wildlife habitat preserve, a bird sanctuary, and space for arts, historic, and recreational uses. The Commission shall consist of five members with no more than three from one political party. Members are appointed for three-year terms by the Mayor with approval of the Legislative Council.
