The Hamden Youth Services Bureau provides a Volunteer and Community Service program that places students and community members who wish to volunteer in the Hamden community. We are looking for assistance from all:
- Public Schools- Ages 12 Years and Older
Do You Want to Volunteer?
If you or anyone you know is interested in volunteering, please submit applications to HYSB Coordinator, Susan Rubino, via email at email@example.com or contact her directly at 203-777-2610 ext. 1120.
After receiving your application, Ms. Rubino will then set up an appointment/interview with you (and a parent/guardian if under 18) to discuss potential placements according to your interests, talents, and available time, as well as what volunteer opportunities are available in the Hamden community.
Do You Need A Volunteer?
We are also looking for local businesses/organizations who would be interested in utilizing this service. Please complete the Volunteer Worksite Application and return to me.
The Hamden Department of Arts & Culture could always use an extra (stage) hand! We put on soooooo many amazing events each and every year that even we (that's right, the best) get a little tired! Do you love our events so much that you want to help us out?! Well now, that would be grand!
If you'd like to volunteer with us, and the Arts Commission, please send an email with your Full Name, Address, and Telephone Number to the Arts & Marketing Director, Alisha Martindale, at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be contacted if opportunities are available and you are selected. The Town reserves the right to refuse volunteers (but we don't want to!)
We know you're thinking about it......C'mon!
