Public Hearing Notice and Participation Protocols Electronic Meeting Pursuant to Paragraph 1 of Executive Order 7B Hamden Legislative Council

In accordance with The Neighborhood Assistance Act, C.G.S. §12-631 - §12-638, notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held by the Legislative Council, on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. to consider the following programs to be submitted to the Connecticut Department of Revenue Services as eligible for investment by business firms:
ORDER DESIGNATING BUSINESSES THAT PROVIDE PROGRAMS TO THE COMMUNITY FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE 2020 NEIGHBORHOOD ASSISTANCE TAX CREDIT PROGRAM
Christ the Bread of Life Parish: $30,000 St. Ann’s Soup Kitchen Construction Improvements: 100% Energy Tax Credits
Davenport Residences: $30,000: Interior Lighting 100% Energy Credits
This meeting will be a 100% electronic meeting. The Legislative Council Chambers at Memorial Town Hall will be closed pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Orders including, but not limited to 7B. The link and other Information necessary to join this meeting will be available on the website of the Town of Hamden on or before Tuesday, July 7, 2020.
