[ARCHIVED] COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic at Hamden Senior Center March 2nd, 2021 - Scheduling Now!

HAMDEN –  Mayor Curt Balzano Leng, in partnership with Hamden Elderly Services and the Quinnipiack Valley Health District, is extremely pleased to announce that COVID-19 Vaccinations will be administered at the Hamden Senior Center on March 2nd and March 30th, 2021. Eligible residents who have scheduled an appointment will receive the 1st vaccination dose on March 2nd, and will return to the Senior Center on March 30th for the 2nd scheduled vaccination dose. Appointments are offered from 8:00am - 4:30pm inside Thornton Wilder Auditorium, located at 2901 Dixwell Avenue, Hamden, 06518 inside the Miller Library Complex. 

 

Residents can determine their eligibility for receiving the vaccination by visiting https://portal.ct.gov/coronavirus/covid-19-vaccination---phases. For assistance making an appointment, please call Suzanne Burbage in Hamden Elderly Services at 203-287-2547 during weekday business hours of 8:30am - 4:30pm. A limited amount of slots are available. Please do not call to schedule an appointment unless you are eligible.
