Refuse & Recycling Delay Due to Thanksgiving Holiday Town Offices Closed on Thanksgiving HAMDEN – A reminder to residents that there will be no trash or recycling collection Thursday, November 25th due to Thanksgiving. Trash and Recycling pick-up for the remainder of the week will be delayed by one day.
Additionally, Town Offices including Government Center, Libraries, Keefe Community Center, and the Senior Center will be closed on Thanksgiving Day. Public Works is closed both on the 25th and 26th, and the Transfer Station is open Saturday. All other offices will re-open at regularly scheduled hours on November 26th, 2021. Essential emergency services will remain on duty. |
